Our English/Czech speaking Help Desk/ NOC representatives are available 24/7 including all state holidays.
Our Help Desk/ NOC provide assistance for customers to troubleshoot their problems, manage caring out corrective service activity and document intervention via trouble ticket system that allows customers to track their request using web interface.
Our Help Desk/ NOC are responsible for monitoring power failures, communication line alarms, cooling system alarms and other performance issues that may affect the datacenter and/or customer network.

 

Dispatching workers to communicate in Czech and English.

 

Dispatching is using the touble ticket system. The customer has the option to specify requirements for servicing and is able to monitor the progress of the solution entered using the web interface.
